Are you ready to start?
If you want to get started right away, feel free to come along for a free trial session.
After your trial workout, you'll complete an on-ramp session. This introductory session is designed to familiarize you with the movements, principles, and routines of CrossFit before you jump into group classes. You can complete your on-ramp session either in special small group classes or as a personal trainer.
After your On Ramp, you'll be ready for our CrossFit small group classes. We also offer special classes for kids, teens, and Master members. Simply book your class through our app and off you go!

About Us
We are Wanette and Max Meyer. We originally come from Namibia and have lived in the Black Forest since 2023.
For us, CrossFit is more than a training program. It's our way of life. We met during training, have already built two boxes together, and have witnessed how CrossFit changes people's lives.
With over 10 years of coaching and ownership experience, we're now opening a CrossFit box in Zell. We'd love for you to join us.
Wanette is a sports scientist, marketing manager, and Level 2 CrossFit trainer. She's passionate about helping others and spreading good cheer wherever she goes. Her favorite workouts are long metcons, and her cheat meal is pizza.
Max is a project leader and Level 3 CrossFit trainer. He's passionate about teaching good mechanics and always finds a way to motivate people. His favorite workouts are heavy days, and his cheat meal is cheesecake.
